Follow STEP TO CLEAR PAPER JAM from step 13 to 14. ERROR light flashing with no printing (No paper jam) - Check for small pieces of paper next to print head. Follow STEP TO CLEAR PAPER JAM from step 5 to 12. Only Power light is on with printing but printing quality fade - Change ribbon. If new ribbon, check for small pieces of paper next to print head. Follow STEP TO CLEAR PAPER JAM from step 5 to 12. Receipt printer - TM-88II or TM-88III No lights on the control panel - Check the power supply cable connections and the wall power outlet. Only Power light is on with no printing - Check the data cable connections and the wall data outlet. ERROR light is ON (not flashing) and no printing - If the PAPER OUT light is ON, change paper roll. If the PAPER OUT light is OFF, make sure that the printer cover is properly closed. Press the printer cover until the cover audibly clicks into place. ERROR light flashing with no printing (paper jam) - Click her for steps to clear paper jam! ERROR light flashing with no printing (No paper jam) - The printer head may be overheated. The printer will resume printing after three minutes. ERROR light flashing with no printing (No paper jam or overheated) - Turn off the printer for 15 seconds. |
