The intuitive interfaces of iGourmate make the system easier to use and shorten the time for operation. In addition, iGourmate is a Window/Linux combined POS solution with Windows OS at the back-end and Linux OS at the front-end. This thin client/server design reduces workloads at the workstations while ensures the stability and reliability of the server.

Features
eCRM capability of iGourmate Office
Apart from good food services, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the key to win customers' loyalty. The eCRM functionality of iGourmate Office leverages marketing tactics with the use of technology to boost profits by improving customers' loyalty. With this tool, restaurateurs can utilize frequency, loyalty and personalization tools to build customer relationships. iGourmate Office provides managers the necessary tools like data-mining function to make efficient business decisions in a timely manner. On the other hand, WorldBonus.com can be plugged into iGourmate and aggregated with POS data so that person-to-person marketing can be implemented.

Window / Linux combined POS solution
iGourmate is developed with the thin-client/server architecture with the combined Windows-Linux solution. With Windows as the platform for the server, users can choose Linux as the platform for the terminals. The self-developed thin-client Terminal Service can run on top of Linux, providing an open platform under such a license- and virus-free environment. Such a perfect blend can ensure system reliability and lower the overall ownership cost.

Muti-language support
iGourmate supports almost all languages, no matter what language you choose, say English, Chinese, European, Korean or Japanese, with its Unicode-enabled design. Beyond the limitations of Windows, the OS-independent client programs provide real-time multi-language switch. The display language is independent of the print language, e.g. display in English at workstation while print-out in Chinese or Japanese at kitchen printers. This feature is of paramount importance in a multi-cultural environment. iGourmate is a true multi-lingual POS system. There is no language barrier in the POS world with iGourmate.

Remote Reporting
The terminal service lets users access to a remote POS server but would not pay for slow connection speed. Thus, restaurateurs can start their remote training programs or view their sales reports through the terminal service at any place and anytime they want. Similarly, remote support like immediate system recovery can be conducted via Internet through the administration program running terminal service mode. Thus, maintenance costs can be lower while support services can be speedier.
